Established over 20 years ago, Facilitech is a leading provider of janitorial and cleaning services in the Manchester, Bedford, Nashua and Concord, NH area and is a division of Foxfire Property Management. Facilitech quickly emerged as one of the area's premier cleaning and janitorial service providers and is responsible for cleaning and maintaining many businesses throughout New Hampshire.

The Facilitech Green Initiative

We thoroughly discuss our Green Initiative with customers in order to educate them on the different green cleaning options that are available. We offer one of the best green cleaning programs the market has to offer and we don't just say "we are green", we prove it. Many customers don't realize that they are looking for a green hybrid until we explain what green cleaning is. We find that many people that are looking for a purely green program are not aware that disinfectants and sanitizers are not considered green. We go over the entire process such as Green Seal Certification, recycled paper content, can liner replacement, refuse disposal, chemical makeup, and proper cleaning techniques in order to select the best program to meet their needs.  Many companies are claiming to clean green, but they are far from it.
